THE BEST TECHNOLOGY

The G-Max Pro is considered the Rolls Royce of lasers. And with good reason. Developed by Candela, the US-based global leader in advanced aesthetic solutions, this medical-grade laser delivers a range of treatments for hair removal, skin pigmentation and vascular lesions. It’s more effective, less painful, and caters to a wider range of skin types than anything else on the market.

THE BEST TECHNICIANS

Of course, it’s one thing to own the most advanced equipment. It’s another thing altogether to know how to use it. That’s why, when we invested in the Candela G-Max Pro, we also invested in a comprehensive training programme. Working in partnership with Candela’s own Clinical Consultant, we’ve developed the most highly-skilled team of certified laser therapists in the country.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE

Delivering a safe, pain-free experience is our primary goal. That’s why we use the GentleCool PRO DCD, a Dynamic Cooling Device which essentially eliminates discomfort. Trademarked to Candela (and exclusive to a select range of their premium products), the DCD makes it feel as though cool gas is simply being sprayed on to your skin for the duration of the treatment.

FAQ’s?

What causes red veins?

In most instances, red veins are caused by hereditary or hormonal factors. Lifestyle stressors can also contribute.

How does laser treatment work?

Our laser treatments work by increasing the production of collagen in the skin, which naturally makes the capillaries disappear. Our laser targets the dilated capillary, with the heat causing the capillary to collapse and shut down. The body then eliminates the capillary by flushing it out through the lymphatic system.

Will it work for my skin type?

Our laser treatments work on a wide range of skin types. Of course, everyone’s skin is different - your therapist will work with you to develop a bespoke treatment plan for you, and recommend homecare solutions to help prevent broken capillaries in the future.

What issues can you treat?

Our laser technology can treat telangiectasia, angiomas, thread veins, spider veins (non-blue), broken capillaries, rosacea and diffuse redness.

How many treatments will I need?

For the best results, we recommend a course of three treatments. However, in some instances results are visible immediately, with veins disappearing instantly after the first session. Treatments are performed approx. 6-8 weeks apart. We also suggest a maintenance session approx. every 12 months, or as required.

Will it hurt?

While everyone’s experience is different, our treatment is highly-advanced and is widely considered to be ‘virtually painless’. Some people describe is as like ‘a little rubber band flick’, with a brief sensation of heat that fades almost immediately.
